5,000 sq ft Historic Fletcher Place Home-Sleeps 22

This was our second stay at this home. It was perfect for our group as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen is nice with great appliances. The team and staff were quick to answer our questions.

Beautiful house, very convenient. Dennis was very responsive to a small wifi issue we had. Otherwise the place is wonderful, great for four couples and some children while we were in Indianapolis for marching band competition. This is our third stay at the Fletcher Place house and we plan to book again.

We had a family wedding to attend and my family of 5 (including 3 adult children) and my in-laws (family of 4 including 2 adult children) all stayed here very comfortably. It aas convenient to everything, clean, beautiful and the owner was very responsive when i had questions. It is an old house and had some small quirks that go with that, but we loved it.

This is our second time staying here. It is in a great location with plenty of room for our group of 15. Would definitely stay here again.

We LOVE this house. It is gorgeous, clean, spacious. Great for a group. The neighborhood is within walking distance of Lucas Oil and Gainbridge. The host is amazing and responsive. We had a problem with the oven and the repair person arrived and fixed it super quickly. The third floor is a great hangout for teens. Each room has a beautiful private bath. This is our second year staying here and we hope the tradition can continue for years to come.
